There is no daylight saving time in Russia.
On October 26, 2014 at 2 a.m. changes in the Russian Federal Law "On the Calculation of Time" came into force. The number of time zones in Russia were increased from 9 to 11. In most regions the clocks were put back an hour.
There was no time change in Udmurtia, Samara Oblast, Kemerovo Oblast, Kamchatka Krai, and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
In Zabaykalsky Krai and Magadan Oblast the clocks were put two hours back.
In 2016 in Sakhalin Oblast (except Severo-Kurilsky District), Altai Krai and Altai Republic, Astrakhan, Ulyanovsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Saratov oblasts, Zabaykalsky Krai and Magadan Oblast the clocks were put one hour forward.
